License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and DEEP42 LTD (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”) for software and digital products you purchase from Deep42 Hub. By completing a Hub purchase or activating a Hub-issued license, you accept this Agreement.

DEEP42 LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17451290, registered office Office 21159, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, United Kingdom, E6 2JA.

1. Grant of license

Subject to payment and continued compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the purchased product on the number of domains or activations allowed for that license, as shown in Hub and on the product listing.

2. What you may do

• Use the product for your own projects or client projects within the activation limits.
• Modify the product for your end use, unless a specific product page states otherwise.
• Receive updates and support when they are included with the product or purchase tier.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, share, lease, or publicly publish the product source, packages, or license keys.
• Use one license beyond its activation or domain limit.
• Remove copyright, proprietary, or license notices.
• Use the product to create a competing product that redistributes substantial portions of our code.
• Circumvent license verification, activation, or API checks.

4. Activations

Domain activations are managed in Hub. Moving a site may require removing an old activation and adding a new one within your limit. We may revoke activations that violate this Agreement or appear fraudulent.

5. Ownership

You receive a license to use the product. You do not acquire ownership of the software, trademarks, or other intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted remain with DEEP42 LTD or its licensors.

6. Third-party components

Products may include open-source or third-party components under their own licenses. Those licenses continue to apply to those components.

7. Envato and CodeCanyon purchases

If you bought the same or a related item on CodeCanyon, Envato’s license terms apply to that marketplace purchase. Hub may help you manage activations and support eligibility. Hub does not replace Envato’s license for Envato-sourced purchases.

8. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach this Agreement or if a purchase is refunded or charged back. On termination you must stop using the product and remove installed copies from environments you are no longer licensed to use.

9. Warranty and liability

The product is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except for rights that cannot be excluded, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our liability related to this Agreement is limited as stated in the Terms of Service.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that let you claim in your local courts.

11. Changes

We may update this Agreement for future purchases. An existing purchase remains under the version effective at the time of purchase, unless a change is required by law or needed for security.
