Refund Policy
Effective Sep 29, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased from DEEP42 LTD through Deep42 Hub. Checkout is processed by Stripe. CodeCanyon / Envato purchases follow Envato’s own refund rules and are not covered here.
DEEP42 LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17451290). Registered office: Office 21159, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, United Kingdom, E6 2JA.
1. Digital goods
Hub products are digital software licenses delivered electronically after payment. Because delivery is immediate and licenses can be activated, refunds are limited as described below.
2. When we may refund
We may approve a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- the product cannot be downloaded or accessed due to a fault on our side; or
- the product is materially different from its Hub listing description; or
- a duplicate charge occurred for the same order.
If a refund is approved, we will revoke the related Hub license and disable activations. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
3. When refunds are not available
- Change of mind after we have delivered a working license.
- Issues caused by your server environment, third-party plugins or themes, incorrect setup, or missing requirements stated on the product page.
- License or activation limit misuse, including sharing keys or exceeding allowed domains.
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, except where required by mandatory law.
4. How to request a refund
- Open a support ticket on Hub, or email [email protected].
- Include your order email, product name, order or license reference, and a clear description of the issue.
- Allow us a reasonable opportunity to help resolve technical problems before a refund is decided.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in license revocation and account restrictions while we investigate with Stripe.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot waive under the laws of England and Wales, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it is not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or a price reduction or refund.
For digital content supplied immediately, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 may not apply once supply has begun and you agreed to that at purchase. Rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content still apply.
