• Purchase data — order identifiers, product purchased, license codes, payment status, and related metadata. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• License and activation data — purchase codes, domain activations, verification logs, and IP addresses used for license checks.
• Support data — ticket content, attachments, and Envato purchase verification details you submit.
• Technical data — device and browser information, cookies or similar storage for sessions and preferences, and basic usage logs.

2. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services (accounts, marketplace, licenses, support).
• Process orders, issue licenses, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Communicate about purchases, support tickets, security, and important service changes.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms, Refund Policy, and License Agreement.

We rely on contract (to deliver a purchase or account), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Services), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, and fraud prevention). Where we need consent, we will ask for it separately.

3. Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the Services, including with:

• Payment processor — Stripe, for checkout, receipts, and tax handling.
• Auth and marketplace partners — for example Envato, when you connect an Envato account or verify a CodeCanyon purchase.
• Infrastructure providers — hosting, email, and security vendors that process data on our instructions.
• Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Services.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. International transfers

We are established in the United Kingdom. If a supplier processes personal data outside the UK, we use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, where required.
