Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Deep42 Hub, marketplace, support portal, licensing systems, and related websites and APIs (the “Services”). By using the Services or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and License Agreement.

“Deep42”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean DEEP42 LTD.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Services, or create security risk.

3. Marketplace purchases

• Digital products sold on Hub are fulfilled as software licenses after successful payment.
• Checkout is processed by Stripe. Stripe’s terms and tax handling may also apply at payment. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout and exclude tax unless stated otherwise. Taxes or fees may be added where required.
• By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms, the Refund Policy, and the License Agreement.

4. Licenses and Envato items

• Hub purchases are governed by our License Agreement.
• CodeCanyon / Envato purchases remain subject to Envato’s own license and marketplace terms. Hub may sync ownership for support and activation features.

5. Support

Support is provided through Hub tickets according to the product’s stated support scope and eligibility. We may require a valid license or verified Envato purchase before providing product support.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse APIs, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services or other users’ data.
• Share, resell, or publicly post license keys or purchase codes.
• Use the Services for unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
• Interfere with licensing, activation limits, or payment systems.

7. Intellectual property

Products, branding, documentation, and Hub software remain owned by DEEP42 LTD or its licensors. Your purchase grants a license to use the product as described in the License Agreement. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

8. Disclaimers

The Services and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights in relation to digital content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEEP42 LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Hub purchase is limited to the amount you paid DEEP42 LTD for that purchase.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date on this page shows the current version. If you continue to use the Services after a change, the updated Terms apply to that later use. A purchase stays under the Terms in effect when you paid, except where a change is required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
